What to expect at your first session?

I know from experience, going to the first session/class of any activity can lead to a bit of anxiety, and worry. So, I hope this might help.
All of our venues in St Anthonys, Midleton College & Colaiste Chriost Rí have fantastic halls with car parking on site.
People typically arrive between 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the start time (I know getting kids in and out of the car can take longer than expected depending on their form).
After a quick intro from the lead coach, we get straight into action. Parents are encouraged to take part with their child in all the action. Don't be embarrassed when you are doing the "giraffe walk" because most other parents will be doing it as well.
From there, it goes very easy with you spending a lot of time playing some prescribed activities and some free play time with your child.
We wrap things up with the children getting a "Little Puckers" sticker at the end of each class.
I hope this might give a small insight into what to expect and make the first day a little easier.
